Cons
Everything. Company is toxic from the top and it trickles down. Pay is terrible. You get told you have to take on and assume some of the risk for a company you don’t own when you ask for a raise. Not enough staff - you have to do way more than you should and they keep asking you for more and more with no regard to your mental health. No training. No benefits, besides terrible insurance options. The 401(k) was discontinued to save the owner $, but he expects you to give your entire life to the company with nothing in return. No room for growth. Everyone is against any new ideas and change.
