Chinese company, lots of internal power play and politics at the higher management level - C-suite (international and in shanghai). No idea what international management in LA is doing. Team feels disconnected with management who is keen to micro-manage and squeeze the employees dry. Internal processes and CRM is in mandarin, so processes are ridiculously slow and goes through multiple personels and teams for approval. Overall direction of the company for expansion overseas is unclear to their employees - no proper training and induction. pressure to be like the top agencies but not equipped to be like one outside of chinese clients
