The people by far make this job. It's a lot of fun to work there, serious when we need to be but it's a very relaxed working environment. Job has a lot of variety.

Very limited hours. Only 3 positions at the company, including the manager so there's no real option for promotion beyond being promoted once and a pay rise. Sometimes the cleanliness is overlooked so if you have to work in a clean space then get ready to clean your first few moments of every shift.
