Pros
I’ll start by saying this: this company isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for a place to coast, collect a paycheck, and do the bare minimum, this isn’t the right fit. But if you’re ambitious, accountable, and motivated to do great work alongside incredibly smart, collaborative teammates and customers — you’ll thrive here.
You’re held accountable for your results and expected to deliver on what you promise. Our customers expect and receive a true white-glove level of service, and that standard drives excellence across the team.
The leadership — including our CEO Micah and owner, Rachel — is inspiring. They both are incredibly smart, deeply passionate about the company, and committed to delivering the best experience for customers.
The CEO leads with kindness, understanding, and support. Don't take advantage of that - it's rare to work with a CEO who will lock arms with you and help you win. Their energy pushes the entire team forward. Some of the older reviews here don’t reflect the company I know today - AT ALL; many of them I believe stem from past acquisitions and transition periods. All a natural part of growth and evolution.
The current team is strong, supportive, and collaborative. The drive to win is real — and as a competitive salesperson, I absolutely love that. The company is heading in an exciting direction, and I feel genuinely invested in, both personally and professionally (and yes, financially).
I’ll admit, I was nervous to join after reading the reviews (like REALLY NERVOUS), but I’m so glad I did.
This place DOES have redeeming qualities — many of them. It’s a great company for people who want to grow, be challenged, and work alongside some of the best in the industry.
If you’re looking for growth, accountability, and a high-performing culture, this is the place for you. If you’re looking to skate by — don't work here.
Cons
Lots of change and the team moves quickly, which can be challenging for some. I wouldn't necessarily say it's a con - but might not be for everyone.
We are a lean team, and as a result - some days are long. I've had many 9-10 hour days, but it was by choice and passion, not because my boss was dictating my work hours. The choice is yours!
