Management at plant level nor NAES Level cares about employees. For NAES, it's about the money.. plant level, it's all in the buddy buddy system and who brown noses. Young Managers with ego.

Good money/opportunity for overtime, end of year bonus, benefits, networking, tuition assistance, encouragement to pursue certifications. Overall, there are far more improvements than years ago. The future of the company is bright.

The schedule is brutal; training isn't the best.
