Pros
I have had an amazing experience working at NYPT! I was recently hired as a full time occupational therapist in the outpatient neurological rehabilitation center at the Franklin Square location and I absolutely love my position. I was immediately welcomed into a very caring, sincere, and professional environment that promotes continuing education, interdisciplinary teamwork, and holistic treatment. Everyone that I have interacted with at this company has been kind, helpful, and passionate in everything that they do. Working for a company that inspires and motivates me to become a better occupational therapist is all I could have asked for. Not to mention the fantastic patient population I am so fortunate to work with everyday!
Cons
I have been working at NYPT-NRC for a couple months now and I have not run into any issues or disruptions in the work place that my team and I could not solve. I have found that NYPT employees approach any issue head on as a team and work hard to make sure every problem has a solution.
