Pros
You would love the team and be passionate towards the "MAM" brand. It will be fun, especially during TCE Baby Expo that will be happening five times a year (4 in KL & 1 in JB).
Cons
Not so clear direction, as the management keep changing their direction, which you would have to do changes from time to time.
