Pros
The company has been adding a few aesthetic positive changes since purchasing Lafayette General, but haven’t changed anything meaningful. They sure are spending a lot of money- just not on their own staff. I wouldn’t mind working for them with the exception of how far behind they are on wages for positions, nationally. I can’t even afford my groceries for 2 more weeks. They pay more all over the country which is why everyone is leaving Lafayette and they only have vacancies and travelers. If they just paid us a decent amount; they wouldn’t have to waste the extra money on hiring and outsourcing all the time. It’s poorly run. I’m trying to think of pros.
Cons
The pay is TERRIBLE and they won’t do anything about it, so good people keep leaving, and thus they’re understaffed, causing more good people to leave. It’s a vicious cycle and they’ll continue wasting money on new hires and losing employees.
