Really unfair working environment. Some of the longest employed people did the least amount of work and had the fewest responsibilities while collecting the highest pay. You're rewarded more for brown nosing and appearances than actual effort.
If you're not accepted into the "clique" then you may be the subject of gossip.
When i learned that the last 5 employees that i trained all made more than me with absolutely no prior experience i was furious. I "quiet quit" and disavowed my employment right there.
That's not even getting into working at Owensboro Health during the covid pandemic. jeez what an awful time. They froze hiring for at least half a year and I was responsible for so much, yet the disrespect that leadership has for their workers is unmistakable and maddening.
I do not miss that hospital a bit, and the only reason it still exists is the lack of competition. believe me.
