Pros

With a hugely talented team that truly is a close-knit team, Page & Page is an agency with creativity at the heart of everything it does, producing meaningful creative solutions for our healthcare clients. An independent agency that is agile and can decide its own way forward, Page & Page is a company that invests in its team to create an environment where they can thrive, learn and progress their careers.

Cons

If being busy and aiming to do everything well can be described as a con, that would be it! We hold ourselves to a very high standard which brings its own pressure - but that's where the fun starts!

Pros

I’ve been really comforted by the positive work environment at P&P. The spacious office provides ample size work stations, and open space for collaboration. There's often treats and snacks provided by various team members throughout the day which demonstrates generosity amongst the team. I also appreciate how the company organises evening events, giving employees a chance to socialise and connect with colleagues outside of their immediate teams. It’s clear there is a focus on upholding a supportive and inclusive culture.

Cons

Occasionally seems to be a number of people out of the office on business trips at one time, leaving resource gaps. These don't always appear to be planned for in advance, although if they are then more communication would be appreciated :)

Pros

Some nice people, the office is nice and it pus on some good activities.

Cons

The strange approach taken by senior management often leaves people confused, stressed, and overworked. The owners seem to have little else in their lives besides the company, so they spend their time sending personal messages to staff. The senior leadership team (SLT) functions more like runners, and the company is so obsessed with attracting investment that it’s embarrassing. It’s like trying to flog a dead horse. The state of the company is dire. Just take a look at the outdated website and branding, which perfectly reflect the company’s ethos: old, tired, and entirely uncreative. Worst of all is the "meat grinder" treatment of staff, characterised by redundancies, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and high turnover. Employees are treated like disposable objects.
