Bad culture, toxic partners - Associate Paul Hastings Employee Review

The work-life balance is terrible. Paul Hastings has a culture of fear and belief that you should be working 24/7. The firm is filled with greedy, lunatic partners who think they own your life and who take advantage of their associates. You will be screamed at by partners. The mandatory 8% contribution to your 401(k) is completely idiotic and takes away your ability to choose how much you contribute, especially if you are looking to pay off loans quickly. Avoid if you have other options.
