Pros
I loved the people I worked with, the team, management, and complimentary teams I worked with. Everyone was lovely, helpful, kind, and available when you needed them. No formal training, on the fly, create your own documentation or notes, great experience into the payments world, and overall a great experience. We had amazing work/life balance before the merger. I was in this role for 2.5 years then left briefly and came back to another role for another 2.5 years.
Cons
The CEO I had is no longer there, but he was amazing to get to know and work for. Training could be better overall but with such a small team, it's difficult. You learn on the fly, leadership could have been better overall, but that's with any small company, feeling as though you aren't heard with some of the needs each department require, but overall, not too many cons personally.
