Thought about that for a long time.. couldn’t think of any.
Cons
Lack of any communication from Exec team, HR etc. When people do leave or give notice..not one word comes from management on the succession plan or who to reroute communication to. Benefits are very expensive The second someone has an opinion that is not in line with the CEO..they are shunned from the organization…which has caused good people to leave.
