Poor Management/structure lot of politics. - Department Supervisor Prima Wawona Employee Review

There is a lot of politics in play here. Managers are doing power grabs and walking over each other to be on top. Current Management for most of the departments do not know what to do and make it up as they go along. Impossible to accomplish goals if you are not in the clique. Everyone is hired right off the line and put into positions they are not ready for or able to do. Just a body to put there. This is very true for the HR department.
