Pros

Angela is a go getter and really strives to make the company better and a good place to work.

Cons

Ginger Grant- DeLance is awful and I feel bad for anyone who works under her. They don't actually allow you to work remotely, you just work from home on a desktop, so it's the same ball and chain as an office. They will screen record your monitors to make sure that you are working all day. They constantly call spur of the moment teams meetings to "brainstorm". They have a long drawn out process of submitting and logging KPIs. It's a very antiquated system. Just don't.

Pros

Getting paid? Free water? I guess it was nice to have a place to park if attending any events at key Arena?

Cons

I am reading all these positive reviews, and they are laughable. 100% not the experience I had, or anyone I worked with while their had. In my nearly 10 months at ProHealth, I saw 13 people come and go, which is pretty astronomical when you have a team of less than 10 people. All of these people left on their own, not fired. The main problem is Michael DeLance, the part owner, horrible manager, financial supporter, has a better story than you on everything, and knows everyone, tells you to perform, and gives zero advice or input on how to reach goals. By far, hands down one of the shadiest people I have ever worked for. He has coached nurses on how to pass drug screens to avoid losing money on filling a contract. The HR department is, well, there is none. This is handled by operations, who is also kind of like a personal assistant to Michael and his family, so watch what you say because it most likely will not be confidential. We were expected to never take lunches if we hadn't made certain goals through the day, and well into the night if numbers still weren't met.
