Management is engaged and focused on growing the company. They provide everything you need to be successful and if there is something missing, they work to fill that gap.
Cons
Management does not tolerate a lack of effort or sense of entitlement. Everyone is expected to pull their own weight. This is not a Billion Dollar company where you get to fly under the radar and skate, you have to sometimes do more than your job description.
