Very low pay - well under the industry standard Bad management They claim that if you prefer work in another department, you can transfer but this is not fully true- you keep the same bad manager who is responsible for your year review. Benefits used to be a pro but now they are going downhill. Premiums care higher but coverage is less and more out of pocket. Tuition is NOT 100% covered anymore. Don’t let that lure you in. Corporate office, out of NY, makes all decisions for office-they are very woke and change even holidays to keep up (change not add) Do not care about cost of living increase and they have done nothing to help with a salary bump to actually keep up. And with rise in health care costs, salary increases barely cover it. So you end up making less year to year. They take advantage of govt programs like public service loan forgiveness and call it their own benefit. No chance for moving up
