Pros
I have only hoped good for this company.
Cons
I was Terminated TWICE !!
Yes you heard that right, I was terminated two months after joining a company due to accusations which was falsely given by my previous company during BGV (for which i have proof it was false).
Firstly, I had gone through tremendous pain out of which it put me in the verge of my life.
SaaS Mantra a start-up company where candidates weren’t recognised for their performance neither were they valued.
Multiple employees were fired by SaaS Mantra founders for which the reasons for me- were stated as “we had to be answerable to the investors”
Despite my efforts , closing nine deals in less than two months (during my probation) the company let me go, citing investor concerns and “performance” Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident, as other employees were also terminated under questionable circumstances.
So apparently this is what SaaS Mantra have been doing, they recruit candidates, tell them there was an investor issue, lack of performance and terminate them.
Next was the Full and final settlement which had to be processed after 45 days and I had asked SaaS Mantra to prioritise it since it was bad enough they had removed me and I was going through a very difficult financial scrunch
The process of receiving my full and final settlement was emotionally draining. I faced personal false accusations again so they could delay the settlement (for which I have proof again it was false),but after constant follow-up, I finally received what I was owed.
Despite having proof to counter these accusations, I chose not to take legal action due to the toll it had already taken on my mental health.
After which I had joined Stradegi Solutions post 2 months of constant job searching, and that company was everything I ever wanted.
But things took a turn and I got terminated from here as well due to the false allegations put against me by SaaS Mantra during bgv.
(After a research on saas mantra I’ve heard that they have done this to other employees as well)
I have no idea what form of gain/joy saas mantra gets from this by doing this to their ex-employees.
Through all of this, I learned that no matter how much you dedicate yourself to your work, some decisions are out of your control. It’s painful when your hard work and commitment go unrecognized.
I literally even wanted to end my life (I’m strong and everything but when I have dedicated myself fully to my job, working with passion and sincerity. My role is everything to me, and as the primary breadwinner for my family, it holds even greater importance)
While I’m determined not to give up, there are moments when the challenge feels overwhelming.
PS- Don’t trust the positive comments on Glassdoor. When I was an employee with them, they had requested to post five star with good pros about saas mantra!
