Owner is a narcissist! Owner only cares about what he thinks; no one is smarter than him; all are beneath him! Lower end of salary range for all who work here. No benefits No bonus No training Old equipment No office supplies; practically have to beg for some 3 sick days only Holiday only if required by law otherwise you wouldn’t get any. No safety! Only implemented once someone gets hurt! Micromanaged by many and on all levels No appreciation for going the extra mile NO in house HR..... staff that works upstairs with the owner are often rude; some employees curse and belittle......no recourse for mistreatment. No time management; everything is expected now after hours of useless meetings. Reports that have no added value.
