Pros
Small company privately owned where everyone is accessible. The hours and benefits are good plus they give a slight raise every year. It is also very casual, you are free to dress any way you want.
Cons
Management is lacking. Too hard on people sometimes and not enough at others. They keep inept employees too long. No women in upper positions.
