There are no cons to working here. Except maybe that generally most positions are home based telecommute positions and while that sounds great, it does get stale eventually. You have to learn to tolerate the isolation and be socially active outside of work hours to compensate for the lack of human interaction while working.

They keep things simple and let you do your job. Pay is good. They keep paperwork and meetings and unnecessary training to minimum.
