Skaer practices a very high quality of medicine with skilled vets. A great place to learn or improve skills
Cons
Management (at the time I worked there) was very biased and had favorites. If you weren't in, you were really, really out. She promoted an "us vs. them" attitude between front staff and techs/assistants actively encouraging "tattling" on coworkers. It created a very toxic work environment.
