Team size is not too big, so everybody can make significant impact and work/learn e2e. Also pretty flexible to choose the technology you like. A lot of new technologies are being used/investigated to use soon in our system. Engineers make technical decisions where PMs provide product requirements. People are very friendly and willing to help. Co-founders are still actively involved which is a good sign.
