Working with TalentMarketplace was a ton of fun. Being with the team from almost the start, it was evident the guys were changing the way companies are finding candidates. Within my role as the Digital Marketing Specialist, I was able to apply the my knowledge from university and beyond and help TMP grow their brand via Google Ads and social media. Qaid, Steven, and Scott were always extremely supportive of the work I was doing, focused on results, and making data-driven decisions. The three of them were fantastic role models and mentors. As a start-up, they were organized and agile. I would highly recommend working for/with TMP to anyone who is looking for a place to learn, grow, and have fun.

- everyone is so kind and easy to work with - I learned so much about UX/UI during my time with TMP, but more than that, I was also able to gain more confidence in my communication skills - as a coop student, I felt very well-supported by my supervisors and grateful for their constant reminder that I was a valued member of the team; not only that, but they were also very easy to reach and always available for my questions
