Pros
Bradford is a great learning company. I joined as a specialist 7 years ago and worked my way up into management, gaining valuable business experience and company knowledge along the way. Growth opportunities are there for those who make their interest known. Bradford prefers to promote from within.
Bradford is just the right size company where we operate within definied business areas, yet you will see the direct impact of your work on company performance. Leadership is very open to testing and willing to hear anyone out if they have an idea that could improve the business. In the advent of AI, this is especially true.
Work at Bradford is never boring; we work with so many exciting brands that there is always something new coming in the pipeline. Many folks work here their entire career, which speaks to the quality of our workplace.
The hybrid model with WFH on Mondays and Fridays is great, and most managers are very flexible as long as you get your work done. As a parent, I really appreciate the flexibility and have felt very supported by the directors, VPs, and executive leaders I have worked with.
Cons
Building is older and could use updating
Navigating around outdated technology can be a challenge
Business model changes have resulted in layoffs
