None that I can think of

There are NO pros - NONE!

First of all, the work culture of Sherwood Group is uncivilized culture! Most of the employees are lazy, ignorant, HOSTILE, pushy, egocentric, bossy, and uneducated people with complex personalities and character. It's the work structure where you have "directors", wardens, and decent people who do the work. Sherwood Group's culture is a negative culture affecting all employees where "higher level" people have no or little respect towards employees at lower level positions. There is a lot of gossiping in a company, and everybody "loves" and hates each other at the same time. It's an unhealthy work environment and work culture where everybody "barks" at each other. Motivation and morale level are very low, and it is the ship that is sinking with its negative work culture! Most of employee's opinion doesn't count and it has no value, which leaves an employee only shaking (in positive direction) her/his head and accepting all orders. If an order isn't accepted she/he will be punished with termination; Shall we call that "modern democracy"? Benefits - very expensive and terrible! Company only pays 50% for medical insurance, and if you have a family...watch out; you will have to pay $600 monthly premium if you want a decent medical insurance!
