Can't think of any...I am serious. Not for any new employees anyways.
Cons
Shiftwork that confuses your body's clock every two weeks, by far the worst managed company I ever worked for, 3 years to become permanent employee - that's when you stop being treated as "contract" but by then those 3 years of informal discrimination (both peer to peer and company policies) take a toll on you and you resent the company for what it is. You become disgruntled permanent employee and dread coming to work.
