No cons, its a good place

free parking, many benefits for long-term staff, less so for new employees. opportunity to learn a lot, mostly from colleagues rather than direct supervisors. supportive and friendly colleagues. Nice library to sit and chill, outside food is better with much more options.

Bully, favouritism and blackmail culture, especially in certain departments, always say that if we dont do it properly she will touch the KPI. Even on public holidays, the boss will text and ask work-related matters which is not urgent at all. Publishing is a no-no (given only to their favourite people) Understaffed. expected to multitask. Some staff are suffering from burnout already. very toxic management culture. taking leave is difficult due to strict supervision. no work life balance. the company is smaller than expected despite being part of UCSI. during probation, I saw no motivation or reason to stay.Strongly warn others against joining.
