Pros
1. Most of the supervisors are good 2. The Directors and above Leaders are good 3. Younger employees in the company are friendly for the most part
Cons
1. Some supervisors are straight up toxic and forcefully make you do late sittings even if your work is done (though this won't happen if you are a female employee with company transport that leaves at off time) 2. Generation X employees sitting at Senior Manager upto DGM/GM seats can be toxic 3. Salary is way too low
