Stable employer, fair pay, and office politics are very mellow compared to my last job. They have repeatedly gone out of their way to make my time here better and to help when i was down. Great work for someone needing a well established place to work in a environment that won't destroy their mental health.

Plans can sometimes change last minute but that's part of this industry. Job can be repetitive, however that's mostly because they seem very good at retaining customers. 5 minute idle timers on trucks, but they have AC and heat in the sleeper even when not running.
