Like every workplace, Walker Sands isn't perfect, but there are no glaring cons to name.

I've been working for Walker Sands since July 2025 and couldn't be happier. While it is a larger agency, it really feels like a small community. Everyone works well together and the environment is highly collaborative. The entire agency is dedicated to coaching one another, creating a wonderful spirit and transformative culture. I was nervous to go on maternity leave so soon after starting at the agency but I was met with nothing but support and compassion. From my day-to-day client activity to my re-onboarding plan and flexible work schedule, Walker Sands was there every step of the way. They even threw me a baby shower before I left!
