The work environment is passive-aggressive. They hire people from outside Panama with contracts that don’t include legal benefits, pay low wages, and fire employees without justification. Employees are forced to adhere to strict schedules and are treated as resources only when convenient. The leaders and executives are inadequately trained; they are backward and lack principles, as evidenced by their rejection of someone simply for being a transgender woman. Instead of working as a team, everyone fights for each other’s positions and blames one another. They are more focused on being right than on collaborating to help the company grow, which is driving the organization toward bankruptcy.
