Pros
The colleagues and the heads in all departments were amazing! The relationships within the organization is warm and supportive. Each of the employees were skilled and the training and HR are exceptional.
Cons
The career progression and growth in the company is slow as the budgets, the hiring and the overall changes and decisions are influenced and somewhat controlled from the headquarters in Qatar. Other than that, this is a great company to be in.
