Important note: Keep in mind that all of these 5-star reviews are being written by the CEO, his brown-nosing sales staff, and whatever other employees the CEO is forcing to write decent reviews. Seriously - the guy's trying to create a series of fake reviews to push his ratings back up. If that doesn't smack of desperation and insecurity, then I don't know what does.
