Hands-on experience reporting in Washington. Staff is mostly nice and welcoming. Relatively easy to get this job. If you are conservative and want to stay in conservative media, this is an okay place to work. I've heard it has some of the better pay in conservative media.

Staff does not feel comfortable challanging the editor in chief. At his demand, editors push for reporters to include accusatory statements and conspiracies to advance consevatism without any factual confirmation. Inaccurate informaiton is constantly published on every, single news team. 0 fact checking. Commentary is mixed with news way too much. Bad benefits.
