      Small company, good people, great projects

      Best for people who are ready to travel and want some very good project experience The projects are good and the company pays for everything, home rent, internet, vehicle, per diem

      Cons

      Sometimes the work and scope of work responsibilities can be overwhelming Since it is a small and relatively new company, it is still undergoing a lot of changes which might be discouraging for some of the new experienced hires

      Expectations are clear, Accountability expected from all levels, Family atmosphere, teamwork and transparent culture, offer professional & personal assistance, community oriented, people before profit

      Cons

      Not all team members are in one location, this makes it more difficult to feel as connected. Aren't able to come to the main location for company functions.

      - intimate work environment - leadership empowers and trusts employees to make their own decisions - giving back to the community is a priority to leadership and encouraged - small business environment lends itself to a variety of challenges and opportunities to develop different skills

      Cons

      As with any small business, there are growing pains that are continually evolving. Among these include communication and too much dependence on owner.
