- Competitive compensation, bonus and other benefits - Unlimited PTO - Good life-work balance - Great culture - Well-executed remote work - Implements consistent improvements to the Product and Technology - The company has implemented good engineering standards from the industry - Diverse environment - Good leadership

Cons

- The company has been growing and together with that we have had to deal with the usual growing pains. Some projects to resolve these issues have been complex and long, and added a lot of distraction in the day to day work. - Fast paced environment. Not necessary a con for all people but some may not feel comfortable by constantly being challenged to achieve their best.
