Owners who are active in the day to day business. Incredible work / life balance. Very flexible working hours. Not micro-managed.
Cons
As is with many smaller companies, you are sometimes asked to be a jack of all trades.

Great co-workers who challenge each other to do great work. Awesome work environment with a real emphasis work-life balance. Everyone is gone by 5 pm! Lots of career growth potential for a small company.
Cons
Customer expectations aren't always realistic.
