Clear processes, so I know exactly where we’re going and how to get there. Energetic and helpful managers. I like the culture, strategy, tech direction, the vibe – all of it. Competent and reliable team ready to work hard and build something meaningful. Hybrid flexibility and a generous 401k match.

The leadership respects people's time and input. My supervisor listens to ideas and gives honest, helpful feedback. The workload is balanced because it's fairly distributed. Everyone shares information, so there's rarely any confusion. It’s a professional place where effort and honesty matter.

Cons

Communication between teams isn't always fast enough.
