Managers are nice and supportive, care about your development and are willing/excited to teach you new things and help you grow. Good work life balance and pay.
ESP cares about their employees and makes an effort to make sure they are doing well. They are willing to train and they use new technologies so you will learn new skills. Their "in-house built" database/software systems are world class and well designed. Upper management is always fair and open to new ideas, everyone works hard to ensure their clients are satisfied with high-quality customer service. Many of the employees have worked there for years - a good sign.
Cons
The publishing industry is not growing so it is hard for the company to grow.
