      Cons

      - Furniture industry moves slower than most other industries due to size of furniture, capital investment required, etc

      Thank you for your review. It can definitely be a challenge to hire and grow a great team and in a small group it just takes one or two bad apples to make it miserable for all.       Pros

      Euro Style provides great growth opportunities. You are encouraged to learn other departments and the team atmosphere helps people collaborate and see what others are doing or provide support. I'm able to talk to different departments easily and we always help each other out. The work is very straight forward even when it's busy and if you are able or interested in doing other things you have many chances to improve your skills and your career.

      Cons

      Things can get very busy during tradeshows but that is the nature and expectation of working in furniture.

      -Owner welcome ideas and plans. -Things are changing for the better and owner gives decent compensate and bonus for those who puts in the work. -Easy access to freeways and San Rafael bridge. -Nice trail along the offices. -Monthly employee lunches. -Employee discount -New computer and/or equipment

      Cons

      -Some employees lack of motivation. -Some employees are there to collect paychecks.
