* The company provided the equipment & tools to perform the job effectively for WFH employees; * Receiving regular feedback and guidance on our performance and progress; * The colleague is not only friendly but also highly skilled; * Maintain constant communication to monitor the team’s progress and each individual’s well-being

Cons

* Onsite vs WFH, you can’t simply walk to another person’s cubicle to ask for feedback or details on a current task, these are for the WFH employees
