Own a good market share in Michigan when it comes to tools. Not much competition in their core business
Cons
If the company does not adapt to changing market, I do not think they will survive. Severe lack of communication from the top of the company to everybody else and lack of communication between departments. Top management always seems to be extremely secretive and always makes it feel that they are trying to screw the sales person.
