Pros

Managers and leaders across all levels are supportive and nurturing. I've learned a lot from my colleagues across departments and my bosses. Workplace culture is one of respect, collaboration and autonomy. Opportunity to work with colleagues from different offices. Opportunity to work with clients from different countries. Product and company is well known, respected and coveted.

Cons

Patience is required for upward mobility.
