Pros
Interesting work, full-stack engineering in a variety of technologies and lots of opportunities to learn and progress. Very flexible employer who don't just say the right thing but back it up with their actions.
Cons
Mainly remote first so if you like a busy office maybe not for you. Apart from that nothing really.

Pros
A small friendly group of people which go above and beyond what usual consultancies do. Opportunity to work on interesting projects and tech. Really open and inclusive culture where suggestions are always welcome and actually acted upon if possible. Relatively flat structure so you get to know everyone.

Can't really think of anything
