      Collaborative team willing to step in and help when needed. Management fairly flexible and understanding.

      Cons

      Training is disorganized and you really need to be flexible and catch on quick in order to be successful. Pay is nowhere near what it should be, and bonuses are not always given despite reaching goals. Health insurance is extremely expensive.
