It is a very fast paced environment and you must be ready to hit the ground running but everybody is really has a team mentality and will help in any way they can to see you succeed.

supportive team mates and positive encouragement from management teams. They want you to prioritize relationship building and not strictly looking at hard KPI's - of course you need to bring in revenue for the company but if they see you are putting in the effort and hitting your performance goals you'll be met with more encouragement and support on how to level up

Cons

It's a hard sell on cold prospects because it's not on everyones minds
