      Pros

      Senior leaders all open door and very candid and honest. I trust them. Employees all try to help each other and are good people. Fun place to work because of activities and environment. growing company.

      Cons

      Oil and gas focused which right now is not that great, but we are still hiring which is good. Office in suburbs so not real great if you live outside of Clear Lake.
