Visionary leadership, great colleagues, and the opportunity to contribute to solving some of the world's biggest problems.

Cons

Not too many cons outside of typical lean, non-profit, start-up energy. FP is a great place for builders, quick-thinkers, and those who like to work at a fast pace.
