Pros
The company mainly product oriented. The development plan is well documented and guided.
Cons
According to my experience G&R is highly focused on web and less on mobile. Salary increment is a little slow and the increment is percentage based so someone who starts with a small amount of salary will not see a satisfactory growth in their salary at the end of the year.

A charming place to work. Colleagues are excellent and genius. The leaderships are caring and humble. Working at G&R is one of the best things of my life.
Cons
Well, it's a startup. So there are many rooms to develop. A professional working environment, better employee benefits could make this company even better.
